Yes, our eBikes have a weight limit for safe operation. 220Lbs (100kg) is our weight limit.

Our eBike batteries typically last for an entire day's ride, but this can vary based on usage. If your battery does run out while you're out riding we'll stop by and swap it out for you!

Yes! E-bike repairs are available. We fix Jetson bikes, Eunorau Bikes, Aventon Bikes, and most other styles of E-bikes dependent on parts availability.

We offer a wide range of repair services including but not limited to flat tire fixes, brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel alignment, and complete overhauls. If you're unsure what your bike needs, bring it in for a diagnostic.

Yes, we provide free, no-obligation estimates before any work is started. We'll assess your bike and discuss the necessary repairs and costs with you.
If additional repairs are needed beyond what was initially quoted, we'll contact you with the details and get your approval before proceeding with the additional work.
Yes, we stand by the quality of our work. We offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs. If you encounter any issues with our work within this period, please bring your bike back for a free adjustment.
While we prefer to use our own high-quality parts to ensure the best performance of your bike, you can bring your own parts. However, please note that our warranty may not cover parts not supplied by us.
We will notify you via your preferred contact method (email, phone call, text) as soon as your bike is ready for pickup.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.
